1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

At Choudhary Textile, customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Original packaging should be retained.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may not qualify for a return.

2. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To help us review claims fairly and efficiently, customers are strongly encouraged to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video when opening their package.

For claims related to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

an unboxing video or other supporting evidence may be requested during verification.

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may affect our ability to approve certain claims.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID and details of the issue.
  3. Provide photographs, videos, or other supporting information if requested.
  4. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

4. RETURN APPROVAL & QUALITY CHECK

Once a return request is approved, the product must be returned according to the instructions provided by our team.

After the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product successfully passes inspection.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and other factors beyond our control.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional campaigns.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

7. SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges, COD handling fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is approved due to an error on our part.

8. RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS

Choudhary Textile reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy or where misuse, fraud, or abuse of the return process is suspected.
