1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

For wholesale, bulk, or special orders, processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume. In such cases, our team will keep you informed regarding dispatch timelines.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days depending on the delivery location.

Delivery to remote locations or regions with limited courier coverage may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000.

Applicable shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for eligible pin codes.

Any applicable COD handling charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We accept international orders for selected countries and regions.

Delivery Time

International orders are generally delivered within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and carrier rates.

Payment Methods

All international orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other government-imposed charges in the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

If an international shipment is refused due to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, any refund may be subject to deductions for shipping, handling, return shipping, customs penalties, and associated costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers may use the tracking details provided to monitor shipment progress and delivery status.
